High Pines Homeowners' Subdivision Association, Inc.

For owners

How to use this site

Registration, sign-in, Owner Hub, and who to call if something is waiting on the Board.

Start here

Two parts of the site

  • Anyone can read neighborhood news, upcoming Association meetings, governing documents, and how to contact the Board.
  • Minutes, financials, architectural review, the owner directory, your property files, the owner packet, and calendar subscribe open only after you sign in with an approved owner account.

Step 1

Get the current join code

Ask the Board President for the current owner join code. The code changes, so an older one will not register a new account. Do not share it beyond your household.

Step 2

Create your account

  1. Open Register.
  2. Enter the join code you were given.
  3. Choose your 55th Square address.
  4. Continue with Google or X, or create an email login (name, email, and a password at least 8 characters).

Already registered? Use Sign in instead of creating a second account.

Step 3

Wait for the President to approve you

New owner accounts stay pending until the Board President confirms the name and property. Owner Hub will not open until that happens. After you register, tell David Reisinger so the approval is not sitting unnoticed — the waiting screen has a message you can send.

Step 4

Sign in next time

Use Sign in with the same Google, X, or email you used to register. The header button labeled Owner Hub login takes you there. After you are approved, that button becomes Owner Hub.

Email logins can use Forgot password on the sign-in screen. Google and X accounts are recovered with those services, not with a High Pines reset.

After you are in

Owner Hub

  • Calendar — full Association calendar. Subscribe to Apple, Google, or Outlook from this tab so dates stay current. Board and committee meetings remind you 2 days ahead. The annual meeting reminds you 30 days ahead, 2 days ahead, and at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the meeting.
  • Minutes — Board and annual meeting packets.
  • Financials — budgets and statements.
  • Architectural review — file or follow an ARC application.
  • Directory — owner list for the subdivision.
  • My files — documents tied to your property.
  • Packet — owner information form.

Upcoming meetings also appear on the home page without a login. Calendar subscribe stays in Owner Hub.

Also on the site

  • News carries Board notices.
  • Request estoppel is in the header when you need a resale certificate.
